Termites cause billions in damage every year
No noise, no smell and no visible way in. By the time you notice them, the repairs are expensive.

Termites cause an estimated five billion dollars in property damage worldwide every year, and very little of it is covered by standard property insurance.
They eat what you can’t see
Subterranean termites come in through the soil and eat timber from the inside, leaving the surface untouched. A skirting board can look perfect and still be hollow. Most damage is only found during renovation.
Warning signs
Mud tubes on foundation walls, wood that sounds hollow when you tap it, doors and windows that start to stick, and discarded wings near lights after a swarm. If you see any of these, book an inspection.
Protect before you build
Treating the soil before construction creates a continuous barrier under and around the building, at a fraction of the cost of repairs later. It also protects parts of the building you won’t be able to inspect once it’s finished.
For existing buildings
We find the colony’s routes, treat the perimeter and use bait stations where drilling isn’t suitable. Regular inspections then confirm the barrier is still working.
