What we collect

When you send a quote or contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, site location and the description you give us. We don’t collect anything else from these forms.

Like most websites, we also record basic technical information, such as the pages you visit and your approximate region. We use this only to understand which parts of the site are useful.

How we use it

We use the information from our forms to reply to you, arrange a survey and prepare a quote. If you become a client, it becomes part of your service record.

We never sell your information, and we don’t use it for marketing unrelated to your request.

Who can see it

Only Mace staff who need it to handle your request can access it, along with the companies that host our website and email. Those companies act only on our instructions.

We share information with authorities when the law or a regulator requires us to.

How long we keep it

If your request doesn’t lead to work, we keep it for a limited time and then delete it. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law and audit rules require.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mace-int.com and we’ll get back to you.
