Termite and structural protection

Protect your building before and after construction.

Cheapest before the foundation is poured

Treating the soil before construction creates a continuous barrier under and around the building. At this stage it costs far less than repairs later, and it protects parts of the building you’ll never be able to inspect again.

Treatment for existing buildings

For buildings already in use, we find the colony’s routes, treat the soil around the perimeter and use bait stations where drilling isn’t suitable. We plan the work to keep disruption short and predictable.

Regular inspections

A barrier only works if it stays intact. Scheduled inspections confirm it’s still in place and record any new activity on your building plan.

How a visit works

  1. 01

    Survey

A technician inspects the site, records what they find, and marks entry points and hiding places on a plan of the building.

  2. 02

    Treat

We choose products and methods to suit the pest and the space. Licensed technicians carry out the work under supervision.

  3. 03

    Monitor

We place numbered stations at key points. Each visit updates the map, so changes show up early.

  4. 04

    Report

Every visit ends with a dated report of findings, actions and recommendations, ready to hand to an auditor.

Tell us what’s going on

Share a few details about your site and we’ll arrange a visit. A one-hour survey tells us far more than any written description.
